Dancor a Class Act with Feltham Construction

Dancor Acoustics is transforming six centuries of education at a prestigious independent school in Oxford.

Working with main contractor Feltham Construction, we are creating a new Sixth Form College building for Magdalen College School, one of the top schools in the country for educational results, constructing a new common room, class rooms, seminar rooms, cafe and supporting facilities.

Dancor Acoustics will be installing partitioning, drylining and suspended ceilings in the 1,650m2 60-week project, in total worth around £5 million.

Dominic Goodale, Managing Director, Dancor Group, comments: “Our relationship with Feltham Construction has continued to flourish, as we continue to deliver high quality projects on-time and to specification. With countless educational projects under our belt, the Dancor team is well versed in working in live school environments.”

Originally founded in 1480, by William Waynflete, Bishop of Winchester and Lord Chancellor of England, the school has produced scholars, war heroes, musicians, Olympians, a Nobel Prize Laureate, a Hollywood film director and a Saint.
