Dancor Acoustics is helping to regenerate a major town centre in the heart of Berkshire.
We are working on the second phase of the redevelopment of Peace Place, part of Wokingham’s bustling town centre.
Working again with main contractor Dawnus Construction on the £12.7million project, we are installing Metsec SFS to form external walls and create a major new mixed use building, as part of the area’s redevelopment. With final project completion in October 2018, the second construction phase will include shops, restaurants and residential units.
Dominic Goodale, Managing Director, Dancor Group, comments: “The site teams at Dancor Acoustics are used to working daily in compact and challenging areas, and live town environments make it necessary to consider many different factors in our work to ensure perfect on-time project delivery.”
“We’re delighted to be again working with Dawnus Construction on a project that is really important to them, and that we share the same approach to site safety, working practices and looking after our stakeholders.”
