The Dancor Vision is the most important element in ensuring we provide a great service to all customers.
Profit follows a happy customer – but profit isn’t a reason to build a successful company. Profit to business is like oxygen to life, essential to stay alive but not the reason for living.
I’m driven by a strong desire to make a difference in the three main aspects of business life. I want to make a difference to the members of our team; to our customers; and to the business itself.
Ultimately, I believe that this can only be achieved through a powerful ‘can do’ approach that underpins everything we do.
Making a difference to our workforce
I’m passionate about helping my colleagues here at Dancor – by creating solid employment and a pleasant and spirited working environment in which every member of our team can flourish. I want to help them to develop their own skills and to learn new ones.
I want to inspire, motivate and encourage them so that they have the enthusiasm, expertise and determination needed to find real and lasting solutions to our customers’ issues.
Making a difference to our customers
If a company looks after its staff, they in turn will look after the customers. We have created an atmosphere in which our team is committed to ‘going the extra mile’ to help customers – and we all believe that failure isn’t an option.
We want to build long term relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and by gaining their trust through exceptional performance by every member of our team.
Making a difference to our business
This positive approach has helped Dancor to grow at 100% per annum since our formation. We aim to be as lean as possible and we are committed to finishing projects on time and to the highest standard.
As part of our strategy of continuous improvement, we employ the best practices in everything we do whilst looking for new techniques and technologies that will be even more effective.”
“Ultimately, our vision is to build a strong business that serves the construction industry and related sectors as their partner of choice.”
